If something is not right with your order, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery based on the conditions below.

  • The return request is raised through our official support within 7 days

💰 Refund Process

Once the returned item reaches our facility:

  2. After approval, your refund will be processed.
  3. Refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  4. Processing time: 5–7 business days.

You will be notified through email/SMS once the refund is initiated.


Items Not Eligible for Return

Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Gift cards, coupons, or promotional giveaways
  • Customized, personalized, or perishable items
  • Items without original packaging or invoice
